“The Pennsylvania Integrated Library System (PaILS) has worked with Equinox since 2013,” said Galen Charlton, Implementation and IT Manager at Equinox. “Together we support Evergreen ILS for the SPARK libraries and we provide robust support and development that meets the needs of the community. Open source software offers library consortia maximum flexibility along with the benefit of community-driven development, such as the accessibility initiatives in progress. We are excited to be back in Pennsylvania to showcase the latest updates.”
PaILS was founded in June 2011 as a non-profit organization to provide an open source integrated library system. It oversees SPARK, a consortium of Evergreen libraries across Pennsylvania.
