“The poster presents best practices and lessons learned by Equinox Open Library Initiative staff during the implementation of the open source electronic resource management system, CORAL,” said Erica Rohlfs, Senior Implementation Project Manager at Equinox. “In this poster, we also describe how to start the evaluation process for open source electronic resources management software and the lessons learned from the implementations we’ve done. Electronic resources management is time-intensive, and CORAL streamlines this activity for libraries. We’re excited to share the benefits of CORAL at ALA.”
Equinox will also be presenting the poster, “Leading Accessibility in Open Source Library Software,” which focuses on Equinox’s accessibility initiatives for VuFindⓇ and Evergreen ILS as part of the same poster session. It will be presented by Andrea Buntz Neiman, Stephanie Leary, Lisa Carlucci, and Angela Kilsdonk.
