Equinox Announces Digital Resource Partnership With Connecticut Library Consortium

Multi-year partnership provides special pricing for Aspen Discovery, CORAL ERM, and SubjectsPlus for CLC Member Libraries in Connecticut.

Atlanta, Ga., April 3, 2024: Equinox Open Library Initiative, a trusted leader in open source technology development and support for libraries, is excited to announce a new partnership with the Connecticut Library Consortium (CLC) which offers special pricing for Aspen Discovery, CORAL ERM, and SubjectsPlus for CLC members.

“The Connecticut Library Consortium is thrilled to partner with Equinox Open Library Initiative,” said Ellen Paul, Executive Director at the Connecticut Library Consortium.  “Our goal is to bring Connecticut libraries excellent products at a great value. We believe that Equinox is a wonderful addition to our marketplace, and we look forward to helping them grow their presence in Connecticut.”

The new multi-year partnership includes three open source software solutions, Aspen Discovery, CORAL ERM, and SubjectsPlus, which may be implemented independently or together based on the library’s needs.

Aspen Discovery is an innovative open source discovery platform that seamlessly integrates with library resources and enhances the user experience. CORAL ERM is an open source electronic resources management system which allows libraries to streamline management of electronic resources by centralizing licensing information and usage data. SubjectsPlus is an open source content management system used for creating library home pages, reference guides, database lists, FAQs, and more.
