“We’re looking forward to speaking about open source software and sharing the latest information about the Fulfillment interlibrary loan system. Fulfillment has a proven, multi-year record of supporting statewide library resource sharing across ILS systems and library types,” said Andrea Buntz Neiman, Project Manager for Software Development at Equinox. “We’re excited for libraries to learn about what Fulfillment offers for your communities and to provide details about recent updates.”

Equinox provides a full suite of open source software services for public, academic, special and K-12 libraries. In addition to Evergreen and Koha, Equinox supports VuFind, CORAL ERM, SubjectsPlus, and Fulfillment. Fulfillment’s web based platform is user friendly and works with any integrated library system. Fulfillment’s efficiencies reduce the demand on staff time and offer cost savings for libraries. Fulfillment includes powerful reporting functions and an enhanced and robust suite of tools which provide more streamlined services for library communities.

“Libraries know that resource sharing is a cost-effective way to expand access to materials. Fulfillment unlocks collections beyond the library system and puts the resources across your network at the fingertips of the community,” said Rogan Hamby, Data and Project Analyst at Equinox, “Plus, with open source software, libraries have the opportunity to be active participants in an open software community and contribute directly to future improvements for Fulfillment.”
