Atlanta, Ga., June 15, 2026: Equinox Open Library Initiative, a trusted leader in open source technology development and support for libraries, is pleased to announce that Centralia Public Library has migrated to Evergreen ILS as a new member of the Missouri Evergreen Consortium.

“We are delighted to celebrate the successful migration of Missouri Evergreen Consortium’s newest member library,” said Rogan Hamby, Equinox’s Data and Project Manager. “Our team was so impressed by the library’s enthusiasm for the project, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact they will make on the consortium and the Evergreen community.”

Centralia Public Library was established in 1903 by the members of the Mid-Week Club, a women’s literary club. After growing dissatisfied with the offerings available from traveling libraries, they built the initial collection with gifted materials from its members and raised money to establish a library fund.
